Food & beverage

Founded in 1966, the hotel’s restaurant, nowadays known as MangiareBere d’Vino, offers typical regional cuisine; home cooking with special attention dedicated to both taste and flavour. MangiareBere d’Vino is also a wine bar and a shop since 2004, offering samples of tasty local foods, wines, and refreshing cocktails. Furnished with modern taste, it is organized in two areas: the yellow room in the main hall, suitable for groups, receptions, celebrations, with a capacity of 120 places; the outdoor green room (in the garden), where during the warm summer evenings you can enjoy dining outdoors (capacity: 50 seats). Enjoy typical Apulian cuisine, accompanied by a selection of more than a hundred varieties of Apulian and Italian wines. Wine presentations from local wine cellars are organised on a weekly basis. Work meetings, parties and cocktails can also be arranged.

Hotel information

The Colle del Sole, opened in August 1982 by the De Carlo family, was restructured 2008 and in July it was equipped with a new outdoor pool with salt water at the centre of the new garden, extending for about 1000 m².
