Arenella Resort is dedicated to children and their families. - The new Mini Bimbo club is a nursery for children 0-2 years of age. Here you can find all the essentials for preparing your child’s meals such as sterilizers, bottle warmers, refrigerator, microwave, hotplates and crockery. Access to nursery is available on request. Specific baby foods are also available on request at an additional cost. Staff assistance is available only during certain hours. Private babysitting service is available on request at an additional cost. - Baby Bimbo Club is open to children from 3 until 6 years of age - Junior Bimbo is open to children from 6 until 12 years of age. - Both Baby and Junior Bimbo clubs provide a comfortable and fully furnished area for children. Kids can also enjoy lunch and dinner in the club with special menus created to suit their tastes.

Food & beverage

Delicious buffets are served inthe open-air terrace at the Arenella Resort’s 2 central restaurants. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, typical Mediterranean and regional dishes, a grill and an open-cooking area. The restaurant features large tables so you can dine in the company of other guests. Weather permitting, you can also savour your meals on the outdoor veranda, under the large sun umbrellas. A typical Sicilian dinner and a gala dinner are organised once a week.

By Plane: From Catania-Fontanarossa Airport: - Follow signs to Syracusa on the SS114 motorway for 70 km. - Turn towards the south of Syracuse and continue until you reach the town of Cassibile. - Follow the signs to the resort.

You can choose from numerous sports activities including archery in the summer months. There is also a fully equipped scuba-diving centre on site with lessons available at an additional cost. Enjoy the entertainment programme at Arenella Resort. Here you will find professional staff, including French and German speakers, and an extensive line-up of daytime and evening entertainment. There are 2 children’s clubs, both offering a wide range of dedicated activities. The Mini Bimbo club is a fully equipped nursery for children until 2 years of age. Arenella Bimbo Village is appropriate for children from 2 until 17 years of age. You can dine at Arenella Resort’s 2 restaurants offering delicious breakfast and dinner buffets of local and Mediterranean cuisine, which can be enjoyed on open-air terraces. The restaurants feature an open-cooking area where you can watch your meal being prepared as well as a large grill and barbecue area. Arenella Resort may be only bookable for weekly stays, with arrivals and departures on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Important information

From 28 May until 24 September there is a mandatory club card for all guests over the age of 3. The club card is available at the hotel reception and payment of club card fee is required on arrival. Please note that payment of total booking is required on arrival.

Quick description

Il Mirto and la Rosa B&B is located just outside Ognina, 15 minutes' drive from historic Siracusa. The spacious rooms are air-conditioned and offer an LCD-TV. Parking is free. Rooms at this bed and breakfast are decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style and all have a private bathroom. Breakfast is a varied buffet. Il Mirto E La Rosa is located 500 metres from the seafront at Ognina, popular for fishing and scuba diving. The nearest beach is 4 km away at Fontane Bianche.
