In our modern restaurant we serve regional, seasonal and international cuisine. Outside of the restaurant's opening hours, we also provide a fresh salad buffet to keep you going between meals. Our warming South Eifel brandies are particularly popular on cold winter days.

The scenery of the Germany-Luxembourg nature park offers romantic gorges, dramatic rock faces and the River Sauer. Quick description

Bollendorf is situated in the hiking region of the South Eifel, within the German-Luxembourgish Nature Park and the Müller Valley (or "Little Switzerland"). The upper half of the town offers a wonderful view of the Sauer Valley, and it is here that you find the Hotel Ritschlay. We offer cosy guest rooms, some of which feature hand-made furniture from local wood.
